In our constant pursue of a healthier & more sustainable lifestyle, we are announcing a new recycling program at MCP. All used batteries & ink cartridges are being collected in the main office. Please join us in this valuable effort!

We are very excited to announce some staffing changes: 

Ms. McNamara has been promoted to English Department Chair. With a Master’s Degree in English and College Level teaching experience, we feel that she is very qualified for this position.  

In a continued effort to provide the most qualified and inspirational teachers possible we are proud to announce three new teachers joining our staff:

Ms. Stacy Siegel joining the English Department, holds a Master’s Degree in English from CSUN. She has taught at the college, middle school and high school levels.

Mr. Gazi Kabir joining the History department. Mr. Kabir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from UCLA and is currently working on his Masters in Secondary Education.

Mrs. Megan Fernandez is joining the Science Department. Mrs. Fernandez  holds a B.A. in Microbiology from CSUN, and a M.B.A. from the Andhra University Vizag, India

Ms. Tracy Oberman is our new Art teacher. Ms. Oberman holds a B.A. in Art from CSUN, and a M.A. in English from the National University. 

UNIFORM UPDATE

Students may now wear khaki as well as navy blue pants and shorts. Pants and shorts may be purchased at the store or your choice!!!! All polo shirts, girl’s skirts, v-neck sweaters and sweater vests will be ordered through the main office. Orders can be picked up in the office in about 7-10 days.

NEW COMPUTERS??? YES!!!

We would like to thank the MPA for furnishing our computer lab with 26 new Dell desktop computers. Be sure to swing by the PC lab and check them out!!!
